This Hero Is Unstoppable New Film Goes On Floors

The actor has teamed up once again with director T J Gnanavel for a new film.

The project was formally launched with a grand pooja ceremony at Park Hyatt Hotel in Chennai under the banner of Hombale Films.

This marks the second collaboration between Suriya and Gnanavel after the blockbuster Jai Bhim.

With Hombale Films, the production house behind KGF, Kantara and Salaar, backing the project, expectations are naturally high.

This will be Suriya’s 48th film. Kayadu Lohar has been cast as the female lead, while Sai Abhyankkar will compose the music.

The makers announced the heroine and the key technical crew together at the launch event.

There is speculation that the film is based on the life of renowned doctor Thiruvenkadam Veeraraghavan, who reportedly charged only Rs 5 to treat patients. However, the makers have not officially confirmed this.

Meanwhile, Suriya is busy shooting for his 47th film, directed by Jithu Madhavan, in which he plays a police officer. Nazriya Nazim stars as the female lead.

At the same time, his film Viswanath & Sons, directed by Venky Atluri, is gearing up for release on August 14.

With one film nearing release, another under production and a new one just launched, Suriya is clearly not giving himself any break.
