The film has its title and first look unveiled today. Titled powerfully Dharman, the first look poster presents Rajinikanth as the deadly doctor, true to its caption.
Set inside what an operation theatre, Rajinikanth is seen wearing blue surgical scrubs, sunglasses, and a smile that contrasts sharply with the blood-stained scalpel in his hand.
His hands and forearms are splattered with blood, hinting at a character who operates beyond the boundaries of conventional medicine.
