US Iran War Live News Updates: A U.S. delegation led by Vice President JD Vance and an Iranian team headed by parliamentary speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf are in Bürgenstock, Switzerland, where mediated negotiations aimed at reaching a final agreement are scheduled to begin.

Israeli strikes and gunfire killed at least six people, including a child, in the Gaza Strip on Saturday, health officials said.

An Israeli airstrike killed four Palestinians, including two women and a child, in an apartment building in Gaza ‌City, health ⁠officials said. ⁠The attack on the building in the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City destroyed the apartment and wounded several other people, medics added.

The Israeli military said they stuck a militant, without elaborating.

In another incident, Israeli forces shot and killed a woman in Beit Lahiya town further ⁠north, said ‌medics. Later, an Israeli airstrike killed at least one person and wounded eight others in ⁠Khan Younis, south of the enclave, taking Saturday's death toll to at least six.

The Israeli military did not immediately comment on either incident.

Pakistan's interior minister arrived in Iran on Saturday after planned talks between Iran and the United States in Switzerland were postponed, Iranian media reported.

Lebanese official media said fresh Israeli strikes on the country's south on Saturday killed five people, despite a new ceasefire between Israel and the Iran-backed Hezbollah group announced a day earlier. The state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported Israeli airstrikes on more than a dozen south Lebanon locations after midnight and into Saturday morning, many in and around the Nabatieh area. It also reported Israeli artillery shelling on Nabatieh city and its outskirts, a region where fighting has been focused in recent days.

U.S. Vice President JD Vance pulled out of a planned trip to meet Iranian negotiators in Switzerland on Friday to begin complex talks on implementing the 14-point agreement struck between Tehran and Washington to end their war, a White House spokesperson said. U.S. officials said this week they would hold a formal signing ceremony for the U.S.-Iran agreement in Geneva, but Iran's foreign ministry cast doubt on that, saying it was unnecessary after both countries' presidents signed the agreement on Wednesday.
