Ram Charan’s Peddi witnessed a sharp decline at the box office on its second Monday, with its India net collection falling to ₹4.10 crore on Day 12.
The figure represents a massive 55.4 per cent drop compared with Sunday’s collection of ₹9.20 crore. The steep fall indicates that the film has entered a crucial phase after enjoying the benefit of its second weekend.
On Day 12, Peddi collected ₹4.10 crore net in India from 4,164 shows. With this, the film’s total India net collection has reached ₹220.10 crore, while its India gross stands at ₹260.96 crore.
The film also witnessed a slowdown in overseas markets. It collected around ₹0.35 crore internationally on Day 12, taking its total overseas gross to ₹51.85 crore.
With the latest figures, Peddi has now earned a worldwide gross of ₹312.81 crore.
Although the film has crossed the ₹300-crore milestone globally and the ₹220-crore net mark in India, the sharp weekday drop remains a concern.
Its performance over the next few days will determine how much further it can add before the end of its theatrical run.
