
Ram Charan starrer Peddi will release an extended cut from Wednesday June 17 with fresh scenes. Director Buchi Babu Sana confirmed three new scenes are added to the rural sports drama that already crossed 378 crore worldwide
. Two scenes focus on Janhvi Kapoor’s character and one scene gives more depth to Jagapathi Babu’s role.
The makers added these portions based on audience feedback and to make the story stronger. The new version will play in theatres from June 17 and shows will start with the updated cut. This move is rare but many big Indian films now bring extended versions to keep box office running.
