Drishyam 3 Faces Legal Complaint

According to him, the makers used his real number without taking any permission. Because of this, some people in his area are teasing him and calling him Drishyam Rajeev. He also said rumors are spreading that he is linked to crimes like the character in the film. This has caused him mental stress and trouble in his daily life.

Rajeev has given a complaint to the Munnar Deputy Superintendent of Police. In the complaint he has named producer Antony Perumbavoor of Aashirvad Cinemas, director Jeethu Joseph and actor Mohanlal. He has asked the makers to remove the scenes showing his vehicle number and has requested a ban on the film until that is done.

Even with this issue Drishyam 3 has become a big hit. The movie has collected around 237 crore rupees worldwide and is now one of the top earning Malayalam films ever. The film stars Meena, Ansiba Hassan, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Esther Anil, Siddique and Murali Gopy along with Mohanlal.
