Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday formally laid the foundation for the much-awaited JSW Rayalaseema Steel Plant and strongly criticised YSRCP chief and former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy over his shifting stand on the state capital.Addressing a public meeting after inaugurating the steel plant works, Naidu said it was an example of “mental instability in politics” that Jagan first accepted Amaravati as the capital, later announced three capitals after coming to power, and has now been speaking about Vijayawada and “Mavigan”.
