AP ePASS is an electronic payment and application system of scholarships introduced by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to provide financial assistance to students belonging to SC, ST, BC, EBC, Minority, and Kapu categories for pursuing Post-Matric courses.
How can I check my AP ePASS scholarship status online?▼
You can check your status by visiting the official Jnanabhumi portal (jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in). Log in using your Student ID and Password, navigate to the Application Status section, and input your academic year to view current processing stages.
Who is eligible to apply for AP Post Matric Scholarships?▼
Students belonging to SC/ST categories with a family annual income of less than Rs. 2.5 Lakhs, and BC/EBC/Kapu/Minority students with a family annual income of less than Rs. 2 Lakhs (or as per revised government mandates) pursuing recognized higher education are eligible.

How to retrieve a forgotten AP ePASS student password?▼
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the Jnanabhumi/ePASS login page, enter your Aadhaar number, registered mobile number, and date of birth. An OTP will be sent to verify identity and reset your password.
Is Aadhaar biometric authentication mandatory for AP Scholarships?▼
Yes, both student and college principal biometric authentication (e-KYC) are mandatory to process and sanction the AP Post Matric Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement amounts.
What is the difference between RTF and MTF in AP ePASS?▼
RTF (Reimbursement of Tuition Fee) is the tuition fee directly paid to the colleges, whereas MTF (Maintenance Fee/Mess Charges) is the pocket money or hostel charges credited directly to the student’s bank account.
