The Vijayawada Women’s Sessions Court granted conditional anticipatory bail to Jogi Ramesh, his son Jogi Rajeev and other family members named in the case.
The court imposed conditions aimed at protecting the complainant and witnesses during the investigation.
It specifically directed the accused not to threaten, influence or induce the complainant, Meghana, or any of the witnesses under any circumstances.
