An 88-year-old Delhi man's stolen phone and Rs 70,000 in unauthorised transactions led Delhi Police to a pan-India cyberfraud syndicate operating across three states. Nine people have been arrested from Jaipur, Ghaziabad, and Meerut, with police recovering 52
