UP cyber crime police arrested two men from Shamli for allegedly uploading and circulating obscene videos involving minors through Social Media. The arrests followed investigations triggered by cyber tipline and National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (NCRP) reports, officials said on Wednesday.
