ET had reported last week that KPMG, the internal auditor of Coforge (formerly NIIT Technologies), had raised concerns that the board evaluation reports were selectively available only to the then NRC chair and chairman, and were not shared with other board members. Among the key findings that were suppressed was the low rating given to the chairman.
