Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath pitched the state as a major investment destination at the UP-Japan Investment Meet 2026 in Delhi. Highlighting UP’s 9.6 million MSMEs, 35,000+ large industries and 22,000+ startups, Yogi said the state is moving strongly towards its $1 trillion economy goal. He also showcased UP’s expanding semiconductor and industrial ecosystems, data centres, multimodal logistics network and infrastructure while calling the India-Japan partnership one of growth, technology and prosperity.
