Duckworth’s final known public outing came on July 31, when he attended the Challenge Mania event in Minneapolis with fellow MTV personalities Rachel Robinson, Tina Barta, Mark Long and Brad Fiorenza.
Duckworth made his The Challenge debut in 2006 and went on to become a notable figure in the franchise. He captured victories in Cutthroat in 2010 and Rivals in 2011.
Following a decade away from the series, Duckworth returned in 2021 for All Stars 2. He remained in the competition until the sixth week before being eliminated.
