After the issue was subscribed a staggering 100.45 times, investors are now awaiting the basis of allotment and looking ahead to the company’s stock-market debut.The Rs 91.05 crore Priority Jewels IPO is expected to finalise its allotment today, allowing investors to check online whether they have been allotted shares. The company’s shares are scheduled to make their debut on both the BSE and NSE on September 4, 2026.Adding to investor interest, the IPO’s grey market premium (GMP) is currently around 14%, pointing towards expectations of a potentially strong listing gain. However, GMP trends are unofficial and can change before the listing.The IPO, which opened on August 28 and closed in September, was subscribed 100.45 times overall. Retail Investors at 106.76 times. Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed 166.49 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at 39.87 times subscription.The Rs 91.05 crore Priority Jewels IPO was entirely a fresh issue of 46 lakh shares. The price band has been fixed at Rs 190–Rs 200 per share.The IPO has a lot size of 75 shares.
