Meghamsh Srihari is gearing up for a major image makeover with AASMAAN, and the film’s first look has already started creating curiosity.
The makers unveiled the first look and motion poster on the birth anniversary of late actor Srihari, making the occasion even more emotional for the family.
Presented by Mrs. Kondaru Srinivasa Rao and produced by Kondaru Venkatesh and Mannem Srikanth under the Sri Kleemkara Celluloid banner, AASMAAN is directed by Ram Nandan.
The film is being made in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Arabic.
The motion poster presents Meghamsh in a striking setup. He is seen holding a torch while standing inside a giant palm, surrounded by people carrying torches.
The unusual visual has already raised questions about the character and the world of the film.
But it was Shanti Srihari’s emotional reaction that became the biggest talking point at the event.
She said that she still sees Meghamsh as a little boy, but after looking at the poster, she felt she was looking at a lion.
“As a mother, I sincerely wish that AASMAAN gives Meghamsh a great success,” she said.
Shanti also said Meghamsh is working day and night for the film, reminding her of Srihari’s dedication towards cinema.
Meghamsh, meanwhile, said working with director Ram Nandan has been a memorable experience. He also revealed that Rayanch plays the female lead and praised Prashanth R Vihari’s background score.
Director Ram Nandan claimed that AASMAAN will offer audiences a completely different theatrical experience.
Producer Kondaru Venkatesh went a step further and praised Meghamsh’s physical transformation and performance.
He said Meghamsh has a “transformer-like physique” and carries the energy expected from the son of a star.
The film is reportedly nearing completion, with only a few days of shooting left.
With the first look creating curiosity and Srihari’s legacy adding an emotional angle, AASMAAN could become an important film in Meghamsh Srihari’s career.
For now, the big question is simple: Can AASMAAN finally give Meghamsh the breakthrough his family and fans are waiting for?
