Satish, a native of Salur in Parvathipuram Manyam district, had reportedly been associated with Sandhya Rani for around five years. After she became a minister, he was appointed as her personal assistant.
Last year, however, a woman made serious allegations against Satish, accusing him of cheating her. Following the controversy, Satish was removed from his responsibilities as the minister’s PA.
In the messages, Satish alleged that certain people had conspired against him and claimed that political developments were taking place around Minister Sandhya Rani.
He appealed to TDP activists to expose what he described as a conspiracy and said he had been under severe mental stress for the past nine months. He reportedly stated that he had spent several sleepless nights because of the developments.
Satish further alleged that four people were responsible for his condition and claimed that they had pushed him into severe mental distress. He reportedly said he was taking the extreme step because of the mental harassment he had allegedly suffered.
The allegations against Satish last year had also attracted attention after reports suggested that the Chief Minister’s Office had taken note of the matter. Satish was removed from his responsibilities as the minister’s PA, and an inquiry was reportedly ordered to verify the allegations made by the woman.
Reports at the time also said that authorities were directed to take action against the woman if her allegations were found to be false.
Parvathipuram Manyam district Superintendent of Police Madhav Reddy later stated that the allegations against Sandhya Rani’s personal assistant were false. According to police, the woman’s claims were found to have no substance.
Police also reportedly arrested the woman who made the allegations and her friend for allegedly making false accusations against Satish.
